When you arrive...
Please remain in your car.

Our staff will come out to greet you at your scheduled appointment time. If you've waited 10 minutes past your appointment time, please call 519-623-8122.

Our door is locked and will only open for each appointment.
Our goal:
We do our very best to keep on time. However, we cannot take people ahead of their scheduled time. We are required to limit the number of people in our building to ensure social distancing protocols are followed.
What you need to bring...
We require you to wear a mask when in the building, even if you are dropping off or delivering something.
Have a delivery?
If you have a delivery or cannot reach us, please knock quietly one to two times on the door.
